The Journey Begins

Hello folks!
Well, I think each one of us strives to lead a healthy life, though not as easy as one imagines, it takes quite some effort (well a lot of effort and discipline) to get into a daily routine, even on a basic level. The problem remains in our sedentary lifestyle where we hardly are able to balance a proper meal, or a proper exercise schedule which is btw easily exaggerated by the technological advancements making our lives easier and practically diminishing our workload.
And I can share it from experience that it is easier to start but very difficult to persist with something. I am not trying to discourage or demotivate anybody (hell that would be so ironic to my blog description), but I am just making some inputs from experiences and observations.
